Senior Estimator: There is an opening at the Portland office. Suitable candidate will be required to prepare full estimates on large and complex projects which involve conceptual and final estimating for CM/GC work. He/she may work directly with Chief Estimator, Project Managers/Engineers, Architects and Project Owners and may supervise junior staff members. The position requires a minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or Architecture with 5+ years cost estimator experience or in lieu a Masters degree with 2+ years experience. Requires valid driver license, access to reliable transportation during work hours (employer will reimburse mileage), proficiency with MS Word, Excel, Outlook and Adobe Acrobat Reader / PDF Writer and pass pre-employment drug screen.
