Bob Hill, CEO Armed with a degree in business management finance from Cornell University , Bob launched his career in accounting. After several years in that role with international businesses, he brought this broad knowledge of financing to LCG Pence Construction in 1993 when he joined to oversee all of the firm’s accounting, financial reporting, insurance and bonding needs. With additional education in accounting, real estate and property management, Bob broadened his role with the firm to provide overall leadership and strategic planning for the company with a focus on client satisfaction and operational efficiencies.
