Launching his construction career in 1970, Terry has risen through the ranks from the job site, to operations management, to President of LCG Pence Construction, LLC.

Terry’s experience includes the construction of medical facilities, retail centers, high tech manufacturing and fabrication facilities as well as senior care facilities, multi-family residential projects, office buildings and parking structures. As Chief Operating Officer of a major local contractor, Terry successfully led multiple projects with over 600 personnel and an annual volume in excess of $130 million.

With his decades of field experience, acute problem-solving skills and unique combination of uncompromising management and a down-to-earth style, Terry brings a highly effective leadership approach. He has built an outstanding reputation for meeting and exceeding owners’ schedule and budget expectations, while maintaining the highest construction quality standards.
