Dave Hays, Vice President of Operations

Dave Hays brings more than 17 years of construction management experience to role as Operations Manager for LCG Pence Construction, LLC.  His diverse career includes work in commercial, institutional educational and industrial construction for both the public and private sectors. 

Dave’s professional background includes detailed knowledge of the varying contract methods including design/build, CM/GC and hard-bid.  He brings extensive experience in the management of complex public and private projects where his communication skills and ability to achieve consensus motivates all team members to work together to exceed the owners expectations.
