The 295 Church building sits on what was once a vacant half-acre lot on the corner of Church and Trade Streets in Salem’s business district. It is now a five-story building including 27 condominium units above two stories of commercial office space. A mix of housing, retail and offices, 295 Church houses the new studios and offices for Salem’s public access television station, Capital Community Television (CCTV) on the ground floor, and a new City of Salem Information Technology facility on the second floor. The one and two bedroom suites range from 900 to 1600 square feet and include panoramic views of the city.
