Eight buildings providing independent living, assisted care and Alzheimer providing a continuum of housing options including single family duplexes for independent living, 28 apartment units designed with various levels of care, and an Alzheimer’s residential wing. Phase two will provide a 30,000 sf medical office building complementing the level of care obtained on-site.
