New administrative offices for Superior Tire include 3,200 sf of offices, 1,600 sf of reception and waiting and a 9,600 sf service garage and tire storage area. The building also provides 27,900 sf of future tenant space. An open joist ceiling in the reception area is set off by slate tile flooring and alder cabinetry. Relite windows provide a view to the service bays from the client waiting area.
